This CSR Arrangement (“Agreement”) is made on [Date] between:
A company incorporated under the laws of [Country], having its registered office at [Address] (“Company”), and
A non-profit/NGO/agency located at [Address] (“Partner”).
The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which the parties will collaborate to implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at promoting social and environmental welfare.
The primary objectives of this CSR Arrangement are:
To enhance community welfare through education, healthcare, skill development, and livelihood programs;
To promote environmental conservation through initiatives such as tree plantation, waste management, and awareness campaigns;
To encourage employee engagement in CSR activities and foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization.
The Partner agrees to undertake the following activities as part of this collaboration:

Duration and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall remain in force until [End Date], unless terminated earlier by either party with a written notice of 30 days.
